Block 'n' Load - Our newest game is announced!!!

I'm so happy that I can finally show this to the public. Artplant's (our company) latest game. We have worked hard on this game for a long time, my responsibility being the Art Director & Lead artist for the production. I will post concept art and other stuff later, but at the moment, enjoy this freshly baked trailer! 

Mech Tactics was announced

Hi everybody, look at that, not a single update during the entire first 3 months of 2012...I guess I can say Happy New Year then! :D

Anyway, I´ve been dead busy art-directing 3 simultanous game productions lately, in our company Artplant. For those that follows us you probably have seen that we are developing Game of Thrones for Bigpoint (I´ll post something from that later on) and also we are doing a Mech tactics RTS game called..well yeah, Mech Tactics :D for DTP (concept made by us entirely). So, here are a couple of bullshots/marketing shots I did for the game, most of it is realtime stuff "slightly retouched". Thanks to Mikael and Ivan for excellent Mech designs. Hope you like them and stay tuned for more to come (though I guess you heard that one before :O )

Our game is closing in on completion and a couple of weeks ago Bigpoint released a video we made out of the game. I hope you like it, and go to this YouTube link to see it in a better resolution.  

Artplant gets support from Norwegian Filmfund!

Hi again, just want to tell some good news. Well, for us at least. Norwegian Filmfund just granted us (Artplant) 800k NOK for developing a prototype of an MMO game we call Skjaersilden. No more info is public yet, so stay tuned :)

Anyway, as part of the presentation we did some artwork and whatnot. This is one concept I did in 2-3 hours. Thanks to Mikael for a rough thumbsketch which I based the painting on.
